Role and responsibilities
As an Analyst Control Tower, you will collect, generate, analyze and discuss the required data for predict and prevent related challenges. Based on this data, you drive improvements in the value chain.
This role includes integral alignment with other Logistics Operations team, Plan & Deliver, Sourcing & Procurement, in house 3PL, other ASML warehouses and various stakeholders to drive end to end improvements in the value chain. You do this to make sure our internal customers (Manufacturing) will receive their materials on time in full.
As an Analyst Control Tower, you will:

Initiate and lead improvements in the end-to-end Manufacturing warehouse value chain

Be responsible for reporting & analytics, for both ad hoc questions coming from (top) management and for improving our existing regular reporting and analytics.

Identify improvement opportunities and problem areas

Work closely with other teams to ensure operations runs smoothly

Define and improve processes based on data analysis and Control Tower insights
-
Align on capacity vs. demand in the logistical process
-
Report on performance, and set out actions when needed
-
Visualize the data and model results through dynamic dashboards

Investigate and execute opportunities for the use of AI
Education and experience
As an Analyst Control Tower, you will need:
-
HBO+ Bachelor or Master degree in Information Management, Business Management, Economics, Econometrics, Data Science, Computer Science & Engineering, Mathematics & Computer Science but also Robotics & Applied Mathematics, Operations Management & Logistics, Industrial Engineering or equivalent

3-5 years of experience within Logistics / Supply Chain Management
-
3-5 years of experience with data analytics
-
Experience in a technical production/ warehouse environment.
-
Interest and experience in analyzing issues that occur and drive for improvement, preferably with a Lean background.
-
Excellent stakeholder management skills
-
Excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
-
Experience with analytical tools
-
Experience with SAP-ECC/EWM, their Master data set-up and application
-
Considered preferable to also have experience with systems such as Spotfire, Celonis, PowerBI, SAP BW, SAP Hana, Python

Other information
The Logistics Operations department is responsible for all storage, planning and shipment of ASML material, e.g. systems, upgrade packages etc. As part of the Logistics Operations team, this role is positioned within the Control Tower. The Control Tower is the responsible team for all administrative flows, preventing and predicting stagnations.

Day shift function
This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
