There’s never been a more exciting time to join Deel – the international payroll and compliance market leader.DutiesJoin the Product analytics team working in tandem with Product AnalystsOwn product datasets, making sure those are clean, tested and easy to understand by all stakeholdersCreate robust documentation to drive awareness and standardize product analytics terminologyImplement best analytics engineering practices, to produce high quality, maintainable, and scalable DBT modelsExcellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with different teams within the organization, specify requirements, reach agreements, and promote the effective utilization of dataMake intelligent choices for the adoption of new technologies based on your extensive experienceRequirementsProficiency in SQL, Snowflake, DBT, LookML, and LookerBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Math or equivalentExperience designing and implementing a data warehouse, modern BI architectureExperience with version control tools (GitHub, GitLab)We’d especially love to speak with you if:You have product analytics and/or data engineering experienceYou have a proven track record of success in building a modern data foundation with DBT and LookMLYou have a product mindsetYou have worked with large-scale data model refactoring for better performance and maintainability.Total RewardsOur workforce deserves fair and competitive pay that meets them where they are.
