Assembly Technician

Do you enjoy tinkering or working with small parts to rebuild things? If so, an appliance refurbishment company has an opening on their team as a Mechanical Assembler.

If you have mechanical experience this could be an opportunity for you to start a career with a great company in the Irving area. This position offers a clear growth path for you to grow within the company.

You will be working with a really cool group of down-to-earth people! The facility resembles a garage workshop where you have any tool you can think of at your reach.

As a full-time, temp-to-hire Assembler, you will be using hand and power tools to take apart appliances, clean and reassemble them. The reassembly is the majority of the job.

Mechanical Assembler Job Duties:

• Disassembling machines (commercial dishwashers and laundry machines used in restaurants and hotels
• Spraying machine parts with a power washer
• Re-assembling machines (majority of the job)
• Other rebuilding duties

Schedule
: Monday-Friday, 5:30 am-2:30 pm

Pay: $17.50/hour

Mechanical Assembler Requirements:

• 1-year hands-on working experience; auto mechanic, hands-on assembly
• Strong communication skills
• Must be able to lift 40 lbs without assistance
