This position reports to the Director of Human Resources.WHAT IS EXPECTED OF ME IN THIS ROLEThe Assistant Director of Human Resources is a key driver in fostering the growth and success of the HR team. Key responsibilities include delivering training, coaching, and motivation to team members, as well as supporting positive labour relations and fostering a collaborative work environment. The ideal candidate is a passionate advocate for Hyatt’s values and our culture of care, inspiring others to embody these principles. In collaboration with the HR team, the Assistant Director takes an active lead in enhancing the employee value proposition through areas such as growth and development, rewards and recognition, wellbeing, and DEI.
