This role contributes to the hotel’s success by ensuring that all check-in and check-out procedures are carried out efficiently and professionally, and that any guest issues or complaints are resolved quickly and effectively.Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Assist in supervising and managing the reception team, including hiring, training, and evaluating staff.
  • Ensure that all check-in and check-out procedures are carried out efficiently and professionally.
  • Resolve any guest issues or complaints quickly and effectively.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience for guests.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of hotel reservations and occupancy.
  • Implement and oversee policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with all company regulations and standards.

Our successful candidate will have:

  • 1 years’ previous experience in a similar position in the hotel industry.
  • Ability to lead and inspire a team, aligned with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively.
  • Fluency in English
  • Spanish preferential
