The two regional campuses for the University of Cincinnati are collaboratively offering a new Hospitality Management program launching in the Fall of 2025 (21 Credit Certificate and 60 credit Associate’s Degree) with the Bachelor Degree program launching in the Fall of 2026. The degree programs will teach management principles and hospitality industry knowledge and skills.
UC Clermont College is one of two regional campuses for the University of Cincinnati. UC Clermont College is located in Batavia, Ohio, approximately 25 miles east of the uptown campus, on 108 acres located on top of the highest hill in Clermont County. We enjoy the beauty of a lush, park-like landscape with easy access for students and faculty. The College offers a variety of certificates, associate’s degrees and technical baccalaureate degrees to over 3,000 students. The college also prepares students for transition or transfer into baccalaureate degree programs on our Clifton campus. We focus on teaching excellence and supporting student success. We pride ourself on providing enrollment support services from start to finish for our students. Our focus on supporting students has resulted in a student retention rate well over 70%, giving UC Clermont the highest retention rate for students on any regional campus in the state of Ohio.
The University of Cincinnati Blue Ash College is one of the largest regional colleges in Ohio and one of the most diverse colleges at the University of Cincinnati. The college is in Blue Ash, Ohio fifteen miles north of the uptown campus, on 135 acres in a park-like setting. The College offer primarily associate degrees in career and transition programs, as well as general education courses and technical baccalaureate degrees to approximately 4,500 students. The College values excellent teaching and personalized student support to help students achieve their goals. The college is a recipient of the Cincinnati Business Courier 2021 Best Places to Work award.
The Business and Law Department at UC Clermont College is seeking an innovative and collaborative full-time Assistant /Associate Professor Educator-track position in Hospitality Management (nine-month contract with the opportunity to work a third semester for additional compensation). Rank and salary will be commensurate with the credentials, background, and experience of the candidate.
The successful candidate must have a demonstrated record of outstanding undergraduate Online and classroom teaching; and the ability to work collaboratively with regional and national hospitality and tourism organizations to create experiential student learning opportunities.
