• $18 – $22/hour
• PLUS Up to $100 per renewal lease in commissions

What You Need!:

• 1+ years’ experience in multifamily housing management strongly preferred
• Must have excellent computer skills and be able to navigate Yardi software.
• General knowledge of local, state and federal resident/property management laws/guidelines
• Strong critical thinking, problem solving and decision making skills
• Must have excellent customer service and sales experience
• Have excellent verbal and written communication
