Key Responsibilities:As an Associate Veterinarian , you will:

  • Perform Physical Examinations and Diagnostic Tests on a variety of animals, including dogs, cats, and other small animals.
  • Diagnose and Treat Illnesses and Injuries : Prescribe medications, treatments, and create customized care plans.
  • Perform Surgeries : Including soft tissue and routine surgical procedures.
  • Assist with Births and ensure the health of mother and offspring.
  • Maintain Accurate Patient Records : Ensure compliance with regulations and hospital standards.
  • Educate Clients : Provide excellent client service, educating pet owners on health care, preventative measures, and treatment options.

Ideal Candidate:The ideal candidate will:

  • Hold a DVM (Doctor of Veterinary Medicine) degree and be licensed to practice in California.
  • Have a passion for veterinary care and be dedicated to providing high-quality medical services.
  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills , with a commitment to client education.
  • Be a team player who works well independently and collaboratively.
  • Exhibit a strong desire to continue learning and growing within the field.
