Full-Time Associate Veterinarian – Urgently Hiring + Sign-On Bonus – Gastonia, NCA well-established veterinary practice in Gastonia, NC is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join their team. With a wide range of medical and surgical cases, the role provides an excellent opportunity for veterinarians at all experience levels.Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver compassionate, relationship-based care to patients and clients.
• Collaborate closely with the clinical team and leadership to maintain high standards of care.
• Build lasting relationships within the practice and the local Gastonia/Charlotte community.
• Support the development and growth of support staff through an internal LevelUp training program.
• Manage a diverse caseload, including surgeries and routine appointments.

Qualifications:

• DVM/VMD degree from an AVMA-accredited institution (or successful completion of the ECFVG or PAVE program).
• Active veterinary license in good standing (or the ability to obtain licensure in the state).
