Audience Development Officer

Demonstrable experience in audience development, marketing, or communications, ideally within the arts, culture, heritage, or wider creative sector.
Proven ability to manage social media channels and create engaging digital content for a range of audiences.
Experience of planning and delivering community outreach or participation activity.
Strong copywriting skills, with the ability to write clearly and compellingly for different audiences and platforms.
Experience of planning and delivering marketing campaigns, including email marketing.
Confident using digital analytics tools (such as Google Analytics, Meta Insights, or similar) to inform decision-making.
Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
A collaborative team player who can also work independently and use their own initiative.
Genuine commitment to broadening access to arts and culture, and to inclusive and participatory practice.
