Bilingual Maintenance Groundskeeper DNC

This is a Temp-to-Possible Temp-to-Hire Groundskeeper position that offers a steady Monday through Friday schedule, working 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. You’ll play a key role in maintaining the grounds, performing various maintenance tasks, and ensuring the property is in top shape.

Groundskeeper Job Duties:

• Maintain outdoor spaces by cleaning, sweeping, and shoveling as needed.
• Perform light maintenance tasks, including painting and other small repairs.
• Ensure property cleanliness by removing debris and addressing any maintenance concerns.
• Occasionally lift up to 60 lbs to complete tasks effectively.

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Weekends off!

Pay: $20 per hour

Job Requirements:

• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in construction or outdoor work is a plus.
• Comfortable working outside in varying conditions.
• Ability to lift 60 lbs occasionally and perform physical tasks as needed.
