Bookings Manager

Loco Klub is seeking an experienced and passionate Events & Bookings Manager to shape and deliver a diverse programme of club nights, live music, theatre, cabaret and private hire events. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong understanding of Bristol’s music and nightlife scene, excellent relationship management skills, and a commercial mindset to help grow one of the city’s most unique independent venues.
As the first point of contact for promoters, artists and hirers, you will oversee the event booking process from initial enquiry through to successful delivery. You’ll evaluate booking opportunities, manage the venue diary, negotiate hire arrangements, coordinate with technical, marketing and operations teams, and ensure every event reflects Loco Klub’s values of inclusivity, creativity and community.
Alongside external bookings, you’ll help develop and deliver in-house programming, building strong relationships with promoters, agents and partners to secure repeat business and expand the venue’s reputation. You’ll work collaboratively across departments to maximise venue use, achieve financial targets, and deliver exceptional experiences for audiences, artists and clients alike.
This varied role combines programming, event coordination, administration, budgeting and business development, requiring someone who is highly organised, commercially aware and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Evening and weekend work will occasionally be required to support events and venue operations.
