Building Maintenance Manager Job Duties:

·      
Perform general repairs and maintenance of buildings, Outside grounds,
and equipment

·      
Inspect lighting and repair if needed

·      
Maintain cleanliness of buildings, grounds, and
equipment.

·      
Inspect and maintain water-softening equipment

·      
Assist in preparing meeting rooms for presentations and seminars

·      
Responsible for all mail handling and delivery, daily checklists for the mail process, and picking
up mail from post offices

·      
Work with vendors on service-related equipment 

·      
Prepare monthly postal usage and cost reports

 

Building Maintenance Manager Requirements:

·      
Must be 18 years old

·      
Good driving record

·      
Must be able to work on call

·      
Resolve any complaints or onsite issues with tenants

 

Schedule:

Monday – Friday

8a – 5p (On-call)

Pay: 

$20 – 25 (Yearly Bonus)
