Business Analyst in Milwaukee, Wisconsin

We are hiring a Business Analyst to join our team in Milwaukee, WI (Hybrid 3 days/week).

Responsibilities:

• Work across a spectrum of large- and small-scale digital projects including websites, applications, digital products and services, front and back-end systems, and software.

• Guide technology design, development, and maintenance activities to help clients meet their business requirements and end-user needs.

• Conduct market analyses, analyze product lines and overall profitability, and develop and monitor data quality metrics to ensure business data and reporting needs are met.

• Create detailed business analyses, outline problems, opportunities, and solutions for the business.

• Engage in budgeting and forecasting, planning and monitoring, financial modeling, variance analysis, pricing, and reporting.

• Define business requirements and report them back to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Strong and demonstrated business analysis skills, collaboration, and consulting skills.

• Experience in writing user stories with acceptance criteria, business analysis, requirements gathering, systems analysis and design, and quality assurance.

• Familiarity with Agile – Scrum and Waterfall Methodologies, customer/product owner/stakeholder management, and UAT.

• Excellent written/verbal communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.

• High level of emotional intelligence and experience developing complex, integrated business requirements for information technology projects.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65.00 – $80.00
