Provide information and member service concerning the credit union and its products and services to the members, ensuring the highest quality of service.
Serve membership by providing service and information in a pleasant, professional and efficient manner via telephone or email.
Check voicemails throughout the day, replying accordingly or direct to the proper individual.
Transfer calls to the appropriate individual or department
Research and resolve routine member questions, problems and complaints concerning their accounts, services provided or the credit union.
Verify account ownership and answer questions regarding share accounts, share drafts, cards, loans, online banking, etc.
Provide member with serves such as closing accounts, processing stop payments on share draft accounts, order cards, initiate ACH paperwork, wire transfers.
Process loan payments over the phone.
Link online banking accounts.
Cross-sell Credit Union product and services.
Responsible for researching member inquires and ensure proper follow up and satisfaction.
Mail, fax, e-mail or DocuSign items that require member signature for authorization.
Bold chat follow-up and correspondence
Keep all member and employee related business kept to the strictest confidence.
May need to fill in on Teller line as needed.
