In order to work closely with other team members to deliver exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, managing grievances, and resolving issues with our goods and services, we are looking for a respectful, competent call center agent. The call center agent should aim to make every caller’s experience positive, regardless of the total number of incoming or outgoing calls they handle. You will listen to clients to find out why they are calling, answer any queries or grievances, and respond accurately and quickly. 

You need to be efficient, customer-focused, and detail-oriented to succeed as a call center agent. You ought to be kind, trustworthy, informed, and flexible.

ROLES:

  • Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing angry clients, as needed.
  • Building lasting relationships with clients and other call center team members based on trust and reliability.
  • Answering or making calls to clients to learn about and address their needs, complaints, or other issues with products or services.
  • Responding efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued.

This is a remote position.

Compensation: $14.00 – $19.00 per hour
