This full-time call center specialist position minimum pay starts at
$19.00 dependent upon experience, plus commissions on sales.

Job Summary:
Rollover Overflow Call (ROC) Center
will be managed by Director of Branch Administration. The ROC staff position will work under general supervision of the Director of Branch Administration. The Call Center Specialist / Account Team Specialist position will handle overflow call volume from our 56 branches located throughout SC, Western NC, and the CSRA of Georgia. Your primary responsibilities are to answer phones, schedule and confirm appointments, manage accounts, process payments, and soft selling. As the front line for our clients your excellent interpersonal and communication skills are an essential part of your success.
Minimum Requirements:
Preferred skill set:
Call Center experience.
3 years experience as a Call Center Supervisor or Call Center Manager.
Customer Service experience
Sales experience
Leadership or management experience.
