Cantina Feliz in Ambler, PA, seeks an experienced full-time FOH Manager.Cantina Feliz is known for serving creative contemporary Mexican cuisine and providing excellent service.The ideal candidate has a guest-first mentality and a passion for hospitality. Position:

• FOH Manager

Compensation:

• $60-65K salary (based on experience) or $225 per shift
• Medical benefits

Schedule requirements:

• Approximately 50 hours weekly
• 5 days weekly

Language requirements:

• English

Expertise required:

• 2 years of previous restaurant management experience
• Previous experience opening a restaurant is helpful
• Ordering & receiving, inventory
• Staff education, training, and motivation
• Food safety knowledge (certification preferred)
• Staff scheduling
• Managing 15-20 people
