We are urgently seeking a compassionate and reliable caregiver to join our team in Decatur, MI. This position offers flexible shift options on Tuesdays and Thursdays, providing essential care to individuals in need. As a caregiver, you will be responsible for providing personalized care, assisting with daily activities, and ensuring the well-being of those you assist.Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily personal care tasks (bathing, dressing, grooming, etc.)
• Help with light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Monitor and report any changes in health or behavior
• Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for the client
• Maintain accurate care records and communicate with family members as needed

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a caregiver or in a similar role is required
• Strong communication skills and a caring attitude
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions
• Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screening
• CPR and First Aid certifications (preferred, but not required)
