by Andrew Childerley20 Mar 2025We are pleased to be working alongside the IWM at Duxford on the recruitment of a client-side Project Manager to lead a high-profile £35m construction development.As the IWM embarks on a bold and ambitious project to develop a campus of training and employment alongside its visitor site at Duxford. We’re looking to appoint a Project Manager with construction experience to deliver a 9,000 sqm collections care centre for plane storage, conservation and training.Branded IWM Lab, you will manage the project team, through RIBA stages 3 to 6, collaborating with key stakeholders and a commercial developer team to ensure alignment with a wider innovation hub and business park in relation to design, development, programme and coordinating a combined planning application.As Project Manager you’ll will oversee a £35m development from RIBA Stage 3, through planning to completion.
