CNC Machine Operator | Swing Shift | Metal Manufacturing

A metal manufacturing company in Arlington is adding an experienced CNC Machine Operator to the team! This company was founded in the 1950s. Over the decades they have expanded through machining, fabrication, forging, casting, and powdered metal technology. They manufacture a variety of metal parts used in the manufacturing industry, automotive and aerospace industries. With customers from John Deere or any food manufacturing company!

This is a full-time, temp-to-hire position that offers a comprehensive benefits package and ample opportunities for growth and development.

As a CNC Machine Operator, you’ll collaborate closely with other tenured team members to learn processes and procedures.

CNC Machine Operator Job Duties:

• Setting Up and Operating CNC Lathe Machines
• Install align, and lock machine fixtures to ensure safe operations
• Check and inspect operation against predetermined tolerance
• Maintain machine and work area safely

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 3pm-11pm

Pay: $21.00 – $ 23.00/hr

CNC Machine Operator Requirements:

• At least 2 years of CNC Mill and/or Lathe machine operation experience
• Basic experience using blueprints to program CNC machine
• Comfortable using tools such as drill press, and hand tools
• Experience in providing thorough quality inspection, controls, and instrument
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs
