Conservatory Ambassador

This full-time, temporary role is with a great non-profit organization that provides reception and customer service support to one of the world’s largest online retailers in addition to their mission driven work.

Conservatory Ambassador Responsibilities:

• Provide engaging customer service to all guests.
• Answer any guest questions about the plants in your assigned area.
• Wear a radio and earpiece to communicate with colleagues.

Conservatory Ambassador
Requirements:

• 1+ years customer service experience (experience in museum, zoo, or theme park is a plus!)
• Comfortable in a high humidity environment kept at 73-78 degrees Fahrenheit
• Able to work around plants and pollen
• Comfortable standing for 2-3 hours at a time, 6-8 hours per shift
• Enjoy providing an engaging and energetic customer experience
• Prior knowledge about horticulture is a plus!

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:45am-6:15pm

• This role requires the ability and willingness to work 2 Saturdays per month
• On the weeks you work a Saturday, you will have split days off

Pay: $22.95/hr

Location: Downtown Seattle

• Paid Orca card provided on day 1!
