What you’ll be doingThe Conversational AI Consultant role is an exciting blend of three key areas: Conversational Data Analyst, Bot Practitioner and Data Configuration Consultant. You’ll be managing bots, enhancing customer experiences, and leveraging analytics to propel our solutions forward.Conversational Data Analyst

  • Analyze performance data to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Use our standardized reports to effectively present and communicate insights and forecast recommendations.
  • Adept at using analytical tools for data-driven decision-making.

Bot Practitioner

  • Design, build, train, and test on a variety of VA platforms.
  • Develop, deliver and optimize smart conversational experiences with a data driven mindset.
  • Troubleshoot and collaborate to resolve issues.
  • Create and implement automated test cases to validate your solution.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for client interactions.

Data Configuration Specialist

  • Set up, validate and manage client data within our analytics product.
  • Establish and configure key performance indicators and alert thresholds.
  • Ensure data accuracy and relevance for client needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deploy engaging conversational flows.
  • Analyze client conversation logs for actionable insights.
  • Create and execute robust test plans.
  • Identify and resolve issues during testing and client acceptance.
  • Implement best practices in conversational AI design.
  • Generate insightful reports from analytics tools.
  • Deliver insightful business reports based on analytics tools.
  • Find insights and create performance reports using our analytics tools.
  • Develop product expertise in Calabrio Inc. offerings.
  • Master third-party bot platforms for client-specific solutions.
  • Apply Calabrio Inc. best practices in client projects.
  • Become a subject matter expert in conversational AI technologies.
  • Continuously learn and adapt to evolving AI trends.
  • Guide clients with informed product knowledge.

Requirements

  • University degree (any discipline, STEM preferred).
  • Analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong storytelling and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and Powerpoint/Google Sheets.
  • Passionate about delivering outstanding results.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Good communication and team collaboration skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with chat or voice bot solutions.
  • Familiarity with platforms like Google DialogFlow, Microsoft PVA, Amazon Lex, IBM Watson, Kore XO, Salesforce Einstein.
  • Familiarity with programming and query languages such as Python and SQL.
  • Experience with the software development life cycle (SDLC).
  • Working knowledge of French.
