As part of their expanding Bristol team, they are seeking a skilled Transaction Support professional to manage key projects and contribute to the firm’s continued success.This role offers a competitive salary, comprehensive training, and a strong work/life balance, including flexible and hybrid working options.Key Responsibilities:Manage due diligence projects and teams, delivering high-quality reports within set deadlines to assist client decision-making.Mentor and support junior team members with technical aspects, aiding in their professional development.Analyse financial and operational data, including historical and projected trading, cash flow, and balance sheets.Identify key issues that may impact the transaction value.Evaluate and quantify potential risk areas to address in the deal structure.Contribute to business development initiatives within the Bristol office and the Corporate Finance team.Ideal Candidate:To excel as a Corporate Finance Manager, you should meet the following criteria:ACA/ACCA qualified with a solid background in Transaction Support/Advisory.Proven managerial or assistant managerial experience, including mentoring and developing team members.Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships and a network of contacts.Ability to identify core issues from large datasets and highlight risk factors that may affect transaction pricing.Strong Excel skills for reporting and financial analysis.A client-focused approach with a keen eye for detail, quality, and accuracy.Ability to see the bigger picture and thrive under pressure in a dynamic work environment.Why Join Us?This role offers a fantastic opportunity for growth within a leading firm, offering a collaborative team environment and career progression opportunities.
