Hourly Compensation: $16.00-16.00 USD per hour, DOE

Working Hours: 8am – 5pm – Monday – Friday NO WEEKENDS

Responsibilities

Corporate Hospitality Associate – Job Responsibilities:

• Set up conference rooms/event areas with food, plates, napkins, and fill ice buckets with assorted drinks
• Order pantry supplies such as assorted coffees, sugar, milk, and inspect pantry area to ensure they are clean and neat
• Stock pantry areas each day in the mornings and afternoons to ensure they are fully stocked with coffee, sugar, cups, tea, etc
• Move tables and chairs for events and remove tables chairs when event is over – must be able to lift 50lbs
• Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude
• Pick-up and deliver mail on all floors; Handle time-sensitive material like confidential, urgent packages; Perform shipping and receiving duties – send out FedEx, UPS, DHL
• Participate in cross-training Maintain all logs and reporting documentation; attention to detail

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Must have reliable transportation to reach the office
• Must be able to lift 50lbs on occasion
• Ideal candidate will have hospitality experience handling food, beverages, moving tables for events; Ideal candidate will have experience handling USPS mail, sending out FedEx, UPS, DHL packages in a mailroom environment
• Customer Service/ Hospitality/ Retail background preferred
• Must have excellent customer service skills and be able to work with a Team; Must be dedicated and punctual reporting to work
• Keyboarding and Windows environment PC skills; Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from work
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) – College Degree is a plus and allows a fast track plan to management
