The role will deliver revenue growth through up selling and cross selling of existing products and services across designated account base.The successful candidate will take responsibility for ensuring that new customers to Elavon are welcomed to the organisation in an appropriate manner. In addition they will ensure that each customer has an account management plan which focuses on increasing product penetration and gaining customer longevity.The successful candidate will take direction from the Customer Account Management, Manager, which includes achieving revenue targets, in year new business and additional product penetration targets as well as ensuring the attrition of customers is minimised.Which jobs(s) does this Role report to?Customer Account Management UK, Manager.Fitness & ProbityThis role is a ‘controlled function’ as defined by the Central Bank Reform Act 2010 Regulations 2011.1.
