The Customer Sales Representative position is a customer-focused role that lays the foundation for a successful high-tech customer service or sales career. In this role, you’ll positively impact Nextiva’s existing customers by identifying account expansion opportunities that help them to grow their business and build Amazing customer experiences via Nextiva’s product offerings. 

About the Role & Company: 

  • This role will support our US customer base, and a majority of verbal and written communication will be in English (please send us your resume in English when applying)
  • Research and identify expansion sales opportunities for Nextiva customers
  • Conduct outbound prospecting to existing customers through various communication channels
  • Qualify leads by understanding customer needs and determining fit with additional Nextiva products or services
  • Collaborate closely with our Expansion Sales Team to schedule meetings or product demonstrations
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach and lead information in the CRM system
  • Build and maintain a strong understanding of Nextiva’s offerings and value propositions
  • This position will be 100% on-site at our Nextiva Guadalajara office.

Qualifications:

  • English Fluency (verbal & written) required
  • 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role required
  • 1+ years of experience in a B2B customer-facing role preferred
  • 1+ years of experience in Technology, Software, SaaS, Telecommunications, or other related industries preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience preferred
  • Hands-on Salesforce experience preferred
