Customer Service Associate (Temp-to-Hire)

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (30-minute lunch)

Pay Rate: $18-$19/hour (Depending on Experience)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Customer Service Associate for a temp-to-hire position. You will help customers with their orders, answer calls, and solve delivery issues. This role requires good product knowledge and teamwork skills.

Key Duties:

• Enter data into the computer.

• Answer phone calls and assist customers.

• Help customers figure out what they need to order.

• Solve problems during the delivery process.

• Stay updated on company products.

• Work well with your team.

• Stay calm and positive, even under pressure.

• Perform other tasks as needed.

Skills Needed:

• Good communication.

Work Environment:

Office setting using computers and phones. May involve some light lifting and walking.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.

• 1-2 years of customer service experience.

• Basic computer skills (Microsoft, Google, data entry).
