A local Aerospace company is looking for a Customer Service Representative. If you have several years of office experience and you enjoy working in a small office setting this is the job for you.
The company specializes in distribution of fasteners (nuts and bolts) for the Aerospace Industry.
The Customer Service Manager is looking for experienced administrative personnel. In this role you will be interacting with customers, manufacturers, vendor, departments. If you are fun, friendly and have strong communication skills, you will thrive in this role.
You will also be responsible for various office duties and clerical tasks. Customer Service Representatives are responsible for supporting the sales staff and maintaining accurate records.
If you have excellent verbal communications, great telephone skills and friendly you would be a perfect fit. If you like family feel with your co-workers, and open to working in a distributions/ logistics environment you would fit right in.
Requirements:
- Excel Expertise
- Word, Outlook and all MS Office Suites
- 2 years’ experience working in an office setting
- Experience with phones, scheduling and customer service
