• Responsible for assisting with dispatch, technical support, sales, orders & billing inquires.
• Provides product & service information and resolves problems.
• Attracts potential customers by providing knowledgeable product & service information and making suggestions.
• Other duties as assigned

Job RequirementsQualifications of the Customer Service Representative:

• A focus on customer satisfaction
• The ability to lift 50lbs
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• At least 2 years related experience is preferred
• High school diploma
