Customer Service Representative (Banking Experience) in Plano, Texas

TEK systems is hiring for Sales Support Representatives to work with a large Finance & Accounting Software company in Plano, TX!

Must be local to Plano, TX for consideration

This is a hybrid position in Plano, TX. (3 days in office Tuesday – Thursday)

Shift: 8am-5pm CST

Start Date: 4/7/2024 – no time off in first 5 weeks

Pay: $19.28/hr

Duties:

Assist sales team in managing customer accounts and processing orders.

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.

Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing correspondence.

Manage a database of incoming orders – data entry required

Follow compliance requirements for customer eligibility into payment programs

Skills:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales support or a related role.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proactive and customer-oriented approach.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.88 – $19.88/hr.
