As a full-time, temp-to-hire Customer Serice Representative, this role
will provide a work-life balance alongside a full benefits package once hired
permanently.

Customer Support Representative Job Duties:

  • 1+ years of customer
    service experience
  • Ability to use the
    phone, email, and chat rooms to interact with customers
  • Follow guided
    instructions to assist customers with product questions
  • Effectively handle
    customer conflict and offer solutions
  • General office duties-data
    entry, scanning, electronic filing, etc.

Customer Support Representative Job Requirements:

  • Good eye for detail
  • Able to multi-task and
    work in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable using a
    computer to navigate various software
  • Willing to learn new
    technologies quickly and retain information

Schedule: Monday-Friday
8am-4:30pm

Pay: $19.20-$22.11 per hour
