Primary Talent Partners has two 12-month contract openings for a Customer Service Rep with a client of ours in Atlanta, GA.

Duration: 12-month W2 contract, no PTO and benefits are self-funded
Pay: $18.79 – $19.20
Location:1021 N. Outer Loop Rd., Atlanta, GA 30354-1959

Job Description:
Answer telephone call inquiries and promote an organization’s product or services. Responsible for researching and resolving complaints to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.

Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in a customer service role
