Customer Service Representative

We are hiring for a Customer Service Representative in the logistics industry, based in AURORA, Colorado. As a pivotal part of our team, you will be tasked with managing customer interactions, processing orders, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently process customer orders and keep them updated

• Communicate professionally with high-profile clients predominantly via email and occasionally over the phone

• Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely shipping of orders through FedEx

• Manage inventory allocation and maintain up-to-date spreadsheets

• Resolve customer inquiries promptly and thoroughly

• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions

• Maintain high levels of detail in data entry and order processing, utilizing your proficient grammar skills.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role with proven ability to provide exceptional customer support

• Proficiency in data entry tasks, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Excellent command of appropriate grammar, both verbal and written.

• Experience in order entry processes, with the ability to manage and track orders effectively.
