Customer Service Representative in Concord, New Hampshire

Description

We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity in the Utilities industry at Concord, New Hampshire for a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be chiefly involved in maintaining customer relationships by processing their applications, keeping precise customer records, and addressing customer inquiries. You will also be expected to oversee customer accounts and take necessary actions.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage customer issues and ensure timely resolution.

• Foster a positive work environment by communicating effectively with the department and cross-functional areas.

• Provide prompt, precise, and courteous service to customers consistently.

• Handle inbound calls from customers and ensure their needs are met.

• Utilize Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) tools for maintaining customer relationships.

• Manage billing-related tasks and queries from customers.

Requirements

• Exhibit strong customer service skills

• Capable of efficiently answering inbound calls

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and effectively

• Proactive problem-solving skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high call volume environment

• Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously

• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
