Customer Service Representative | Outbound Call Center

We’re seeking a caring and highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. You’ll manage a high volume of inbound and outbound communications with our valued patients—veterans who deserve the best care and support. This role is not in a traditional call center environment but rather a supportive setting where you can truly make a difference.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

  • Manage a high volume of outbound communications, providing exceptional support and assistance to patients.
  • Maintain ownership of calls throughout the patient’s journey, ensuring positive outcomes and addressing any concerns.
  • Build strong, positive relationships with patients by going above and beyond in customer service.
  • Accurately document all communications and interactions, ensuring proper record-keeping.

Customer Service Representative Qualifications:

  • Experience in a technical customer-support role is strongly preferred.
  • Strong active listening, verbal communication, and documentation skills.
  • Attention to detail with proficiency in problem-solving and critical thinking.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: $19/hr

Schedules: Monday-Friday, weekends off! Must be available to train for 5 weeks on 8AM-5PM schedule.

  • 6AM-3PM
  • 7AM-4PM
  • 8AM-5PM
