A local public utility company is looking for a temporary
Customer Service Specialist
to join their team. If you have experience working in clerical or office environments and excellent customer service skills, this could be a great fit for you!
This is a 2-3 month temporary opportunity that could go longer for the right person.
Customer Service Specialist
Job Duties:
- Daily hands-on customer and department communication
- Work directly with customers with payments or concerns
- Maintain a customer-friendly and professional attitude when dealing with customers
- Open and close the office daily
Customer Service Specialist
Job Required:
- 1+ years of office based customer service
- Excellent attention to detail
- MS Office Suite experience
- Experience accepting payments and using a cash register
- Multiline phone system experience
- Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
Schedule
: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay:
$23 per hour

Mount Vernon, WA
