This location provides administrative and customer service support for the Branch. Utilizing the internal software system and MS Office Products to email, multiline phones, payment processing, and excellent customer service!

Customer Service Specialist Job Duties:
- Answering phones and emails
- Processing Payments
- Providing stellar customer service
- Other administrative duties
You will be successful in this role if you are a reliable self-starter who works well on a team!
Schedule
: Monday-Friday, 8 am-4:30 pm
Pay: $16/hour
Customer Service Specialist Requirements:
- Outlook skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must be organized and willing to be flexible
- Must be comfortable interacting with customers/vendors over the phone
