A global leader in engineering services is looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join their team. This company specializes in advanced cleaning and coating solutions for semiconductor parts, serving high-tech businesses in the area.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring customer satisfaction by managing order processing, invoicing, and customer support. You’ll act as the primary contact for customer and sales inquiries, collaborating with teams across Sales, Shipping & Receiving, and Manufacturing to deliver seamless, efficient service.

Customer Service Specialist Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for incoming calls, new sales leads, and customer follow-ups.
  • Support Sales staff with customer requests and assist with quotes and tracking information.
  • Data entry for incoming work orders, sales orders, and customer purchase orders.
  • Maintain accurate records, update customer profiles, and monitor weekly customer reports.
  • Assist with Non-Conformance Reports and ensure adherence to company policies.

Pay: $20-$25/hr

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6AM-3PM

Customer Service Specialist Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service or order processing role.
  • Proficiency in Japanese and English, with effective verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, with advanced knowledge in Excel
