someone who enjoys helping others, is interested in growing their skillset, and is passionate about sports!

Customer Service Tennis Enthusiast Duties:

• Providing excellent customer service by answering calls, building customer relationship, returns/sales, credit, maintaining records, warranty claims and other assigned tasks as needed
• Ensure a high level of product expertise and brand knowledge to assist with customer questions and orders
• Working closely with internal teams while supporting the Outside Sales Representatives.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

• Off early EVERY
  Friday at 3pm

Pay: $21.63 per hour

Customer Service Tennis Enthusiast Job Requirements:

• Tennis or sporting goods industry experience is a plus
• Strong verbal and
  written communication skills and ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
• Proficient computer skills – able to work with database software, internet software, order processing systems, and MS Suite
