Will you join us?Make a difference as a Customer Support AdministratorOur friendly and bustling Customer Service team help manage school and group bookings for PGL’s UK Adventure centres. This role provides vital administrative support to our Customer Service Advisor team, allowing them to focus on direct customer interactions and ensuring smooth service delivery.Within this role, you will be providing administrative assistance by handling tasks such as processing important documentation, updating records, processing changes to bookings, and sending financial documentation.Is this you?

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and helpful telephone manner
  • Strong personal organisation skills – ability and experience of effectively prioritising workloads and multi-tasking
  • The ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team and to adhere to strict deadlines
