Requirements: 

    • Digital Marketing: Evaluate the performance of online marketing campaigns (e.g., email marketing, social media ads) using A/B testing and multivariate analysis.
    • Digital Marketing: Provide recommendations for optimizing campaigns based on data-driven insights.
    • Sales: Analyze call center sales data to identify patterns in customer interactions, conversion rates, and sales techniques that yield the best results.
    • CRM : Collect and organize data from various sources including digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights), call center systems, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
    • CRM: Monitor and analyze customer interactions and data throughout the customer lifecycle using CRM tools to enhance relationships and retention.
    • Dialler reports and insights for better lead allocation for agents and lead source.
