The Data and Reporting Professional 2 generates ad hoc reports and regular datasets or report information for end-users using system tools and database or data warehouse queries and scripts. The Data and Reporting Professional 2 work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action.

The Data and Reporting Professional 2 integrates data from multiple sources to produce requested or required data elements.

Role Overview:

• Programs and maintains report forms and formats, information dashboards, data generators, canned reports and other end-user information portals or resources.
• May create specifications for reports based on business requests. Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas.
• Makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed.
• Follows established guidelines/procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Knowledge of data and reporting concepts and 3 or more years of technical experiences with data and reporting
• Data knowledge and experiences include data quality and stewardship concepts as well as data quality experiences using program languages like SQL, R, and Python
• Reporting knowledge and experiences include report development, report automation, report scheduling, and development of self-service tools using technologies such as Tableau and PowerBI
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Excellent organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced Degree in a quantitative discipline, such as Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering or related field
• Financial Services or Healthcare industry experience
• Experience with Agile

Your recorded interview(s) via text and/or pre-recorded voice will be reviewed and you will subsequently be informed if you will be moving forward to next round of interviews.

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

 

$60,800 – $82,900 per year

 

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
