Deputy Head of Wardrobe

The Deputy Head of Wardrobe will support the wardrobe team for a first-class production with duties including but not limited to:
Maintaining the Production as directed by artistic and creative requirements

• Assisting in preparation and maintenance of all costumes and equipment, including pre-show checks
• Learning and performing dressing cues, from simple to complex plots
• Carrying out costume maintenance and laundry duties, including ironing and repairs
• Attending rehearsals, show calls, maintenance calls, get-ins, fit-ups, get-outs, and emergency calls as required
• Monitoring understudy and swing performances and making necessary adjustments
• Compiling and updating cue sheets, costume paperwork, and the wardrobe running bible (digital and hard copy) for accurate remounts
• Managing departmental petty cash and placing approved orders promptly
• Maintaining good relationships with suppliers and hirers
