Mission of the Role

In the future, drones will be utilized across various industries and become an essential part of our daily lives. Our goal is to change people’s perception of drones and expand the horizons of drone applications. We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our team as a key player in driving technical excellence.

As a DevOps Engineer, you will be at the forefront of our technology initiatives, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver innovative solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for Software development release management branching strategy, build automation, and maintain help of continuous integration work with developers to deploy and manage code changes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Experience with the build, manage, testing and deployment code in integration between various software modules and hardware

• Software development release management branching strategy, build automation, and maintain help of continuous integration work with developers to deploy and manage code changes.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree or higher on Computer Science, Software Engineering, Robotic Engineering, Computer Engineering, related engineering Field

• 3+ year of Dev Ops or software release management, Automation

• Experience/Solid background with software build cycle/release/Tools

• Experience building and managing CI/CD pipeline for both Infrastructure as code deployments as well as application code deployments

• Advocate for and implement security best-practices on software repository

• Experience with software management tool such as git, Jenkins, automation tool/scripting language such as python, C++, bash

• Experience with build process, monitor nightly/weekly build, makefile, configuration files

• Experience with software development process using tool like Jira and administrating the tool like Jira

• Collaborating with development team to ensure reliability of software for customer deployment

• Experience as site reliability engineer in software engineering role to improve the reliability, performance, security, and scalability of software systems

• Experience with software testing and integration testing 

Optional Qualifications:

• Experience with APIs for seamless integration with software models and frontend/backend applications

• Experience as site reliability engineer in software engineering role to improve the reliability, performance, security, and scalability of software systems

• Experience with simulation tool for testing

• Experience with ROS and robotic system
