This is a great opportunity to develop a varied and rewarding career with a company that invests in, recognises and rewards its people.Reporting to the Digital Implementations Manager, you will help our partners navigate and manage the interactions with system providers for our partners, supporting their onboarding journey and software migrations.You will;– Support partner-facing calls and in-person meetings, working collaboratively with colleagues and external stakeholders to deliver digital set up as well as new and enhanced integrations– Ensure that you have the knowledge to support partners’ queries regarding system set up and enhancements. You’ll also manage the handover to operational support teams– Establish and develop effective relationships with the software house, third party providers and partner counterparts, ensuring that PCL offer a high standard of service and are proactive in identifying further enhancements– Analyse digital rejections and identify ways to ways to minimise these. You’ll own and manage the external test environment and ensure that integrators can test development or regression activity, ensuring configuration is completed in timely manner.– Promote the digital products and services offered, liaising with marketing to ensure any communications are in line with our overall message. You’ll also ensure the partner L&D team are aware of services and able to articulate the benefits– Participate in internal projects ensuring that business requirements, solution designs and UAT plans with provide intended benefits.You’ll also provide statistics and reports and occasionally will support out of hours testing to ensure that live releases are deployed.Who we are looking forIf you’re an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, able to work collaboratively with others and are looking to make a difference, this is a brilliant opportunity to advance your career to the next level with our sector-leading company.
