  • Lead advisory initiatives for major clients in high-profile acquisition, disposal, leasing, and development for cutting-edge life sciences schemes within the UK
  • Oversee the management and execution of these initiatives, acting as an influential leader within a close-knit team
  • Drive business generation by identifying new leasing, site acquisition, and disposal opportunities through strategic client relationship building
  • Scout and secure sites for development on behalf of developer and investor clients, focusing on life sciences facilities
  • Collaborate closely with the Life Sciences Capital Markets team and other relevant teams to enhance revenue through strategic cross-selling
  • Based in London, the role covers the UK markets and offers rapid career progression within a dynamic, market-leading team

Desired or Preferred Experience and Technical Skills:

  • Extensive knowledge of the Life Sciences sector, including the acquisition and disposal process, client strategy, and development negotiation
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of influencing clients and colleagues at all levels
  • Proficient in written, presentation, and oral communication with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
  • A collaborative team player with strong multitasking and prioritisation abilities
  • Self-motivated and entrepreneurial, with a strong focus on delivering top-quality client service
  • Ability to provide insights on market trends and adapt both approach and strategy to client needs
  • Preferably 5+ years of post-qualification experience in a life sciences or related agency/development team
