The Health, Wealth, and Mobility team thrives to continually enhance our employee experience. Our global Health, Wealth, and Mobility portfolio consists of compensation, health benefits, retirement programs, leaves & accommodations, wellness programs, mobility and immigration, and a number of other important components of the employee total rewards offering and experience. The Director, Global Health, Wealth, and Mobility Operations reports to the Vice President Health, Wealth and Mobility.
The Director, Global Health, Wealth & Mobility Strategic Operations is a strategic leadership role responsible for enabling strategic and operational excellence for lululemon’s global Health, Wealth, and Mobility function. The role works closely with the Vice President, Health, Wealth, and Mobility, and shapes the governance of compensation and benefits programs across our global regions.
This role combines rewards expertise with operational leadership, acting as a key partner to the Health, Wealth and Mobility leadership in transitioning the team to a shared services model, managing budgets, roadmaps, and engagement initiatives, and partnering with cross functional stakeholders to prioritize, deliver, and ensure implementation of technology solutions. The position collaborates with regional teams through dotted-line relationships, ensuring alignment with global strategies while respecting local market needs. The position has solid line reporting responsibility for a small support team.

Compensation and Benefits Package
lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $157,400 – $206,600 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
