Job Description:
The Director, IT Operations contributes to and influences strategic planning, vendor management, system design and implementation, and continuous improvement for IT infrastructure and DevOps. This position will serve as the sole owner of the Cambria Data Centers, and those spaces at Cambria’s sites that are designated for technology and communications. They will also oversee key technical disciplines within the Cambria IT Department in a manner that highlights attention to detail, a sense of urgency, and an awareness of how the team’s success in carrying out their mission impacts Cambria.

Minimum Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience: Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in technology leadership with 10+ years of Technology Infrastructure
Systems: Google Workspace, Jira, Confluence, Slack, Zoom, DataDog, AWS
Additional Requirements:
Managerial Requirements: Manage a team consisting of 8 total employees.
Physical Requirements: Office position requiring telephone and computer use. Able to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally / sparingly (office supplies, packages, samples). May need to bend, reach, walk, or stoop occasionally. Prolonged periods sitting and/or standing at a desk and working on a computer.
Travel Requirements: May be required to travel to other Cambria locations
Cambria’s starting salary range for this position is $160,000 – $208,000. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the target for new hires for the position. Individual pay is determined by several factors, including work location, job-related experience, and relevant education and/or training.
