Employee Engagement Specialist

Employee Engagement Specialist Job Duties:

• Develop and implement engagement strategies to enhance employee morale, satisfaction, and alignment with organizational goals.
• Act as a liaison between employees and management, facilitating open communication and gathering feedback through surveys, focus groups, and meetings.
• Manage and promote employee recognition programs that celebrate achievements and reinforce a culture of appreciation.
• Plan and coordinate team-building events, wellness programs, and activities that foster collaboration and a sense of community.
• Analyze employee engagement data and feedback, collaborating with leadership to address concerns and implement improvements.
• Support leadership development by training managers on fostering team engagement, creating a positive work environment, and enhancing communication skills.
• Monitor and promote a positive workplace culture that reflects the company’s mission, vision, and values.
• Collaborate with HR to design engaging onboarding programs and retention strategies to reduce turnover.

Employee Engagement Specialist Requirements:

• Proven experience in employee engagement, HR, or a similar role.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Proficiency in using employee survey tools and HR analytics platforms.
• Ability to analyze data and create actionable strategies.
• Creative problem-solving and event planning skills.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm
Pay: $18/hour
